BLACK MOUNTAIN SAND

Project

OVERVIEW

Black Mountain Sand was struggling with a tight timeline and budget constraints, making finding the right subcontractors, including a concrete contractor, essential but difficult. The concrete contractor had to have the right manpower and be able to mobilize and acquire materials quickly. They also had to be flexible and adaptable. We fit the bill, and ultimately helped execute a successful project.

STEP 1:

PLAN

We were able to take stress away from the general contractor by building relationships and collaborating with the other subcontractors. We helped coordinate with local vendors to quickly acquire the materials needed for a high number of concrete pours.

STEP 2:

STREAMLINE

Bridging the gap between the planning and preparation stages and project completion, we helped coordinate the contractors and next steps throughout the journey. Our goal is always a seamless execution of an entire project, not just the concrete. By maintaining strong communication and collaboration with other subcontractors, we ensured a streamlined process.

STEP 3:

EXECUTE

We worked quickly and efficiently to keep the project running ahead of schedule. Although things change quickly and problems arise on construction sites, we remained adaptive and flexible, which kept the project running smoothly. We were ultimately able to complete the Black Mountain Sand project six weeks ahead of the general contractor's anticipated schedule, therefore laying the foundation for timely project completion.
